What data we process

· Data you provide when contacting us: name, email, phone, company and the content of your enquiry. · Data you leave in the chat: name, email and messages. The conversation is stored so we can reply. · Technical data needed to serve and protect the site (IP address, date, browser and error logs). · If you are a client or private-area user, the account and access data managed by the IdP.

Why and on what legal basis

· Responding to enquiries and requests: legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent when submitting the form or starting the chat. · Providing contracted services: performance of a contract. · Complying with legal and tax obligations: legal obligation. · Security, abuse prevention and service improvement: legitimate interest.

How long

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. Client data is kept during the contractual relationship and limitation periods. You can request more specific information by writing to the controller.

Recipients

We do not sell data. We may use hosting, email, infrastructure, support and the L6 Messages platform to manage conversations. These providers act on the controller’s behalf and under data-processing agreements where required. We may also disclose data to authorities when required by law.

Rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@l6ecosystem.com. State which right you exercise and provide the information needed to identify you. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: access control, company separation, backups and activity logs. No system is infallible; if we detect a relevant incident, we will act in accordance with the GDPR.
